• Led rebuilding of corporate infrastructure from accounting, IT database reporting and 150 seat customer service department to support high growth of ACMG.
Direct Response Marketing
• Built systems to implement low risk direct response marketing channel testing in space advertising, radio, TV and direct mail.
• Managed the testing and roll-out of direct response programs including Hydroxatone, Hydrolyze, Retaid and Celtrixa.
